New generation super-fluidifying additive based on modified
polycarboxylates, particularly recommended for specific for screeds,
lowered screeds, ready-mix concrete and civil construction sites. It
is intended to create a strong reduction of water (> 20 %) and/or an
increase in the workability of concrete. It allows to make concrete with
a long workability retention without counterproductive setting delays.
Its use is particularly indicated for realization durable works in relation
to the prescriptions and exposure classes required by the UNI EN 206
standard

Doses
The recommended dosage range is between 0.8 and 1.2% on the weight of the cement in relation to the desired
workability. Higher dosages allow the production of superfluid concrete with very high mechanical strength with a / c
ratios lower than 0.4. In case of SCC concrete, the dosages indicated above must be related to the quantity of powders
(cement, fly ash or filler, passing through the sieve aggregates 0.125 mm).
The maximum effectiveness of the additive is determined after on-site tests, taking into account the rheological
characteristics and the mechanical strength required for the concrete.
