Fit-together single manifold with interception valves. 3/4” head connections with interaxe 37,5 mm and 1” head connection with interaxe 50 mm. 1/2”, M24x1,5 and 3/4” side connections. It includes: hot/cold plates: one side red, the other side blue and double face plates with descriptions for sanitary and heating system in the following languages: Italian, Russian, English, Spanish, Greek, Hungarian.

Function
Art.227-228-229 simple manifolds are generally used for
the distribution of heat transfer fluid in air conditioning
and sanitary systems. Provided with side mounts, it allows
connection to copper, plastic and multilayer pipe fittings.
They are equipped with O-Ring double sealing valves on
each branch. They allow you to shut down the connected
users directly from the inspection box to perform any
maintenance or replacement work.
When installed in distribution boxes, the front position
of the knob provides easy access and a good handling
convenience.

The Art.227-228-229 easy to assemble manifolds
feature a double O-ring seal between the screw and
the wand.
The presence of these O-rings guarantees a greater
hydraulic fluid tightness inside the implant (see sidebyside illustration).
The assembly of the manifolds must be carried out by
connecting the main connection to the supply of the
system, then with flow out of the lines. This avoids
possible anomalies due to strong pressure swings or
long periods of inactivity.

To maintain the good state of the interior components, during cleaning, no detergents containing solvents are required.
