Grundfos Booster set HyMS/G 3CR 20-05 3×400/50 DL

Grundfos Hydro Multi-S booster systems are designed for pressure boosting of clean water in blocks of flats, hotels,
schools, etc.
Hydro Multi-S consists of 2 identical CR15-07 A-A-A-E-HQQE 3x400D 50 HZ pumps connected in parallel and
mounted on a common base frame. The system incorporates a control cabinet with integrated controller, including all
necessary fittings. The system is fitted with on/off switch for supply voltage.
Hydro Multi-S is factory-tested and ready for operation.
To ensure stable operation, the system must be fitted with a suitable diaphragm tank.
Features
The system consists of these parts:
• Two galvanised steel manifolds.
• Galvanised steel base frame.
• Automatic cascade control of pumps by means of two or three pressure switches.
• Automatic pump changeover at any start/stop cycle.
• If a pump is in fault status, it is automatically taken out of operation.
• Automatic resetting of dry-running fault.
• Manual resetting of overload trip.
• Emergency operation.
• Pump and system protection:
– Short-circuit protection by means of fuses.
Motor protection by means of a thermal overload relay.
Dry-running protection by means of an additional pressure switch or level switch.
Start-up delay between two pumps: Prevents simultaneous start-up of more than
one pump.
