The Doctoris Magnetic Filter 1 1/4″ is designed for installation on the return circuit of heating systems to eliminate sludge, sand residues, and ferrous particles circulating in the installation. The integrated 12,000 Gauss neodymium magnet efficiently captures even the smallest magnetic impurities, protecting boilers, pumps, and radiators from blockages and wear.
Water passes through a cylindrical plastic sieve where larger particles are retained at the bottom of the filter body, while ferrous particles are captured by the internal removable magnet. The filter ensures reduced pressure losses and helps maintain optimal heat exchange efficiency within the system.
The device allows easy maintenance through a purge valve and removable magnet, enabling periodic cleaning without complex disassembly. It is suitable for systems operating with water or water-glycol mixtures.
